A tea party!!

These photos show a children’s tea party but we are not sure where the photo was taken. The young girl in the middle of the photo behind the flowers is Dulcie Anderson aged about 10 in approx 1948. The two blonde children at the bottom of the right hand maybe Valerie Chapman with her brother ( not sure of name). Can you throw any light on this photo? Where was it taken?
