The London Fire Brigade vessel TANNER passing Tilbury at high speed. She is named after Auxiliary Fire Woman Gillian Tanner GM ,for bravery in the second world war. She drove a fuel truck during an air raid , to refuel fire engines. TANNER is capable of pumping 2,500 litres of water per minute, and can be used for rescue and towing work. She went down river at speed and round the point towards D P World- Does anyone know where she went ??
