3rd load leaving Tilbury

the last of 3 abnormal loads leaving Tilbury Docks for Millbrook Power Station on Saturday 8th April 4 pm. Millbrook is a new power station being built in a old clay pit (ex brick works ? ) and will be gas fired to provide juice when needed to the grid ( not constantly ). This time all went well leaving the docks, over the rail bridge and around ASDA roundabout but causing a heavy backlog of cars and HGV as all roads were closed by the police for maybe 45 minutes. Then 10 mph up dock approach road and onto the A13 which was also closed.
